Return and refund policy
At TFI Banisa Originals, all our products are made to order through print-on-demand, so we do not accept returns.
However, we do offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged item,
- The print is faulty,
- The wrong size was delivered, or
- You received a different item than what you ordered.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at tfibanisaoriginals@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process and send a replacement item.
Please note:
We do not offer exchanges for issues reported after the 2-day window or for items that have been worn or used.
